Before you book

What to expect at your first session.

No tryouts, no pressure. Here's exactly how a Next Wave Hoops session works, what to bring, and how we build it around your athlete.

How a session runs

One hour, built entirely around your player.

Step 01 · Before you arrive

Book and prep

Create a free account and pick a time on the booking calendar. Show up in athletic clothes and court shoes, with a water bottle. Bring a ball if you have one, we can lend one if not.

Step 02 · Arrival

Meet your coach

Arrive about five minutes early. Your coach greets you, learns a bit about your goals and experience, and gets you moving with a quick, easy warmup.

Step 03 · The work

Personalized skill work

The coach builds the hour around where your player is right now, ball-handling, shooting, footwork, defense, and game IQ, with real reps and live feedback the whole way.

Step 04 · After

Notes and next steps

You leave with clear feedback on what improved and what to work on next. Book your next session whenever you're ready, every session is always free.
